			If the product you purchased didn't meet your needs, we want to know about it.   Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products.  If you need to return a product, just follow these simple steps : Print out and fill out the relevant sections on the "Return Authorization (RA)", indicate your Reason for Return as warranty, repair or refund.   Note that refund processing can take up to 4 weeks and unfortunately we can not refund original shipping and handling charges.   Call us at 61-7-3257-0777  or fax the RA form to 61-7-3257-0700 within 7 days of the receival date to receive your Return Material Authorization (RA) number.   Re-pack the item in its original carton, along with all manuals and related material.  Please write down the Return  Authorization (RA) number on the shipping label and include a copy of Return Authorization (RA) in the box.   Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee. Also, liability for lost or damaged return items belongs to the customer.
